Once at the “Free Online Application” please complete the application in its entirety.
The last question will be "River City Real Estate Agent You Spoke With". Please select, "Joe Garavaglia" from the drop down menu. By Selecting "Joe Garavaglia" from the drop down menu, I will be notified of your application completion and can then personal insure that your application is promptly processed so you can be on your way to home ownership.
